Mixed Cupcakes (Makes 10-13)

These are the cupcakes that me & my cousin made a few days ago. They are really easy to make & you can put anything on top of them. we did fudge chocolate & sprinkles on some and on the rest we did strawberry jam and coconut

And all you will need is:-
300g self-raising flour
100g butter/margarine
100g caster sugar
1 egg
75 -100g milk

How to make :-

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas mark 6 & line a muffin/cupcake baking tray with paper case
  2. Put the butter/margarine & flour in a bowl and using your finger tips rub the butter and flour together until the mixture becomes crumbly
  3. add the sugar and mix it in. stir in the egg and then add enough milk to make the mixture creamy
  4. put spoonfuls of the mixture into the paper cases and bake in the oven for 10-15 mins or until they are golden brown, then leave them to cool on a wire rack before decorating.
