And all you need is:-
230g Self -raising flour
230g butter
230g caster sugar
4 eggs
How to make :-
- preheat the oven to 180c/350f/gas mark 4 and line a cupcake baking tray with cupcake liners.
- place the flour, caster sugar and butter in a bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer on a medium speed
- add the eggs one by one beating well. add the vanilla extract and milk and mix together.
- spoon the mixture into the cupcake liner 7, up to about 1/2 full.place in the centre of the oven for 12-15 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. remove the cupcake from the baking tray an place on a wire rack to cool.
